Research Interests: Combinatorial design and coding

Born in 1974, male, Han ethnicity, native of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. PhD in Science, Associate Professor at the School of Mathematics and Information Science, Hebei Normal University, Master's Supervisor, and Secretary of the Third Faculty Party Branch. In recent years, he has led and completed 1 project of the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province, participated as a principal researcher in the completion of several projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published more than 10 papers in domestic and international academic journals. His party branch was named one of the "Second Batch of National Party-Building Model Branches" by the Ministry of Education, and he himself was approved to establish a Hebei Province "Provincial Party-Building 'Dual Leader' Studio" and was selected for Hebei Province's "Thousand Outstanding Party Branch Secretaries" program.
