Born on May 5, 1974, male, Han ethnicity, native of Jingxing County, Hebei Province. PhD, Associate Professor at the School of Mathematics and Information Science, Hebei Normal University. From 1991 to 1995, he was a student in the Department of Mathematics at Hebei Normal College, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. From 1995 to 1998, he was a graduate student in the Department of Mathematics at Hebei Normal University, earning a Master's degree in Fundamental Mathematics. Since 1998, he has taught in the Department of Mathematics at Hebei Normal University. From 2002 to 2005, he pursued a PhD at Hebei Normal University and earned a PhD in Mathematics.
